You are cordially invited to attend the 28th Annual New York Chapter of the American College of Health Care Administrators Reception benefitting The Sister Joan Cassidy and Michael Cuseo Cultural Diversity Endowment in Memory of Sister Joan Cassidy, CNHA, FACHCA and Michael Cuseo, RPh, Chem Rx. This year we honor Michael Shamalov, founder of LI Script LTC Pharmacy, with the President's Award and Rita Mabli, FACHCA, former CEO of United Hebrew of New Rochelle with the Distinguished Service Award.. Master of ceremonies will be Mark Sanchez, President.

The estimated value of the evening is $75 per person.  The balance of the ticket price is a contribution which is deductible to the extent allowed by law.
