As an accomplished nursing home administrator and certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with eight years of dedicated service, I'm devoted to enhancing both care quality and life enrichment for the residents at Teresian House Nursing Home, beginning my journey as an administrator in 2015.
Bestowed with the honor of being a Fellow of the American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA), I wear this badge as a testament to my unwavering commitment to excellence and leadership in the realm of long-term care — a testament to my enduring passion for advancing healthcare administration and enriching the lives of those in our care.
At present, I am at the forefront of a groundbreaking $1 million restorative nursing program, meticulously designed to minimize falls and elevate safety and clinical outcomes, a testament to my dedication to innovation and excellence in our field.
Moreover, I'm orchestrating a major renovation and modernization project for our half-century-old facility. As both the administrator and project manager, I meticulously oversee every aspect of the planning, execution, and implementation phases, ensuring our residents enjoy a nurturing, secure, and state-of-the-art living environment.
Driven by a profound desire to effectuate meaningful change, I am eager to continue pioneering transformative projects that significantly enhance care standards and overall quality of residents.
